Mary Lange, USA

Landscape Architect

Mary's background in architecture leaves her with an affinity for the materials and details that develop the human scale, while her advanced education in landscape architecture introduces an ephemeral palette that engages context. In her native Ohio, Mary spent many years working with non-profit organizations that allowed her to directly influence local communities through design and research. After graduating with a master of landscape architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design, Mary has worked on culturally significant and community oriented projects with Gustafson Guthrie Nichol in Seattle and Mikyoung Kim Design in Boston. This professional experience allows her perspective on how to preserve the initial magic of a project from schematic design to construction.
